terms of service

please ensure to read these terms all the way through before commissioning me. I am not responsible for any failure to read these terms.
by buying from me or commissioning me you must read these terms all the way through and agree to these terms.
if these terms are broken in any way or broken midway through a commission i will blacklist the user.i have the right to change these terms whenever I see necessary

my rights

i have the right to refuse, deny or refund any commission at any time without need for explanation if I see fit.i have the right to post commissions and designs i have made onto any of my socials as an example of my work at any time, if you are getting a commission for someone as a gift i do not mind holding off on posting for a while, just let me know beforehand!i have the right to blacklist and block anyone i see fit without the need for an explanation.

cans and cants

you can:
-repost, reshare or upload the artwork or design to any website as long as proper credit is given to one of my official accounts.
-edit the artwork or designs however you like, however full credit must still be given.
-use the artwork and design however you like (e.g. profile pictures, banners, etc)
-ask for updates regularly, I often give many updates through the commission process and allow changes the whole way through, but please do not spam me with requests for updates or rush me on a commission.you cant:
-trace my artwork without permission, heavily referencing is okay as long as credit is given.
-claim my artwork or design as your own.
-sell my artwork or design commercially without permission, for example, creating stickers of my artwork and selling them.
-sell a design you have bought from me for more than the original price, unless additional art or worth has been added.
-heavily reference or create extremely similar designs as mine, even if you are the owner of said design. you can create similar characters or related characters but please do not make them similar to the point that they can be confused as the same character.
-remove any watermarks that i add to my artwork, you can request a version without watermark but please do not remove it yourself.

payments

my prices for both designs and commissions are in GBP/pounds. if this is not your currency please use a currency convertor to find out how much this would be for you.
I currently can only accept PayPal invoice and ko-fi as forms of payment. sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.you must pay within 24 hours of claiming a commission slot or winning a bid on a design, unless we have discussed otherwise. i will not begin work on your commission until full payment is received.if you do not pay within 24 hours i will assume you are no longer interested in the commission slot and reopen it. if you ghost me or stop responding to messages once it comes time to pay/once i have sent the invoice you will be blocked and blacklisted.

refunds and chargebacks

i do not give refunds once the sketch has been started, i also do not give refunds on any designs or bids.
i have up to 72 hours to issue a refund after it has been discussed, it will not be immediate and you do not have the right to demand it be immediate.if you are being too aggressive, difficult to work with, disrespectful or make me uncomfortable in any way i have the right to refund and cancel the commission at any time and you cannot deny my refund.if you are dissatisfied with anything throughout the commission process, please let me know so i can fix it. I do not give refunds after a commission has been completed and cannot make changes once the commission has been completed.i do not accept chargebacks in any way unless there is valid proof of my negligence to give you a refund.
if you open a chargeback to avoid my refund policy, i will block, blacklist and create a beware to warn other artists. the artwork or design bought by you will also be taken away or resold.

blacklisting

i have the right to blacklist anyone for any reason, you do not have to be a commissioner, follower or have any relation to me at all. if you are currently blocked, you are not blacklisted but using an alt account to try to commission me will result in a blacklist.when I blacklist you, i will give a brief explanation of why i am doing so if asked. if we have bad history and you are on my blacklist, i would be more than happy to discuss and work things out, but this may not result in being taken off my blacklist.if you try to communicate with me further after being blacklisted through friends or alt accounts, they will also be blocked and blacklisted.
